About
Hi. My name is Joel.
I'm a husband, daddy of two, award-winning design strategist, researcher, and entrepreneur. I work with organizations large and small to design the future during times of transformation and uncertainty. Currently I work for Gensler, working with clients around the world to inspire imagination and optimism through narrative and design. I'm fascinated by the mechanics of knowledge and belief, social cooperation networks and organizational design, how 'place' shapes human behavior, and how meaning infuses social cooperation with impact.
Additionally, I'm moonlighting with a scrappy team to build the world's first enterprise creativity platform that leverages cognitive computing to seamlessly connect the dots across teams.
